There are often things on my to-do list I don’t want to do but just can’t ignore. I use this process of bettering a lot, so I can say from experience that it really does reduce the stress and frustration in my life. Plus, without all that resentment and resistance, I tend to get through those things more quickly than I would’ve otherwise, too. And the best part of that? More time for FUN!
